Job summary

The City of Greenwood, through its Community Development Services, seeks an entry-level planner to prepare and update city maps, support annexation fiscal planning, review sign permits and landscape plans, and enforce the Unified Development Ordinance while maintaining land development records.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $63,500 per year with great benefits and no residency requirement.
