Job summary

TreviPay in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Pre-Underwriting Analyst I to coordinate gathering financial documents in line with our Documentation Policy. You will support the Credit & Risk team, maintain customer files, and deliver accurate data with strong analytical skills.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service to internal and external partners, and timely execution of reviews. Prior experience in financial services is preferred; multilingual candidates have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years business experience, preferably in the financial services industry and ideally in a client facing role.
• Highly analytical thinking with a drive towards execution and delivering results.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills required
• Superior knowledge and skills using computers and software packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Multilingual candidates with previous experience in project management or business analysis is a distinct advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate gathering of financial documents and other supporting documentation per Documentation Policy.
• Administer, support, and coordinate activities maintaining customer files impacted by policy.
• Facilitate setup of new electronic customer files/folders and establish annual or periodic review cadence.
• Track and report on initiatives, performance results, emerging trends and opportunities to senior management.
• Establish cross-functional partnerships and networks to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Utilize statistical analysis to perform risk, financial, data analyses and QA across portfolios
• Initiate communication with customers to obtain required financial statements, tax returns or other documentation
• Coordinate outreach with Account Management & Clients as needed
• Liaise with Credit & Risk team members to schedule account reviews
• Develop and manage a project management approach to track activity and file maintenance
• Perform periodic audits of customer files to ensure policy adherence
