• Prepare and deliver quotes to agents within authority or with referral approval.
• Follow up with agents to obtain missing information.
• Explain coverage terms to agents/brokers and guide through binding process.
• Perform quality control on system-bound policies, endorsements, and renewals.
• Utilize third-party data/tools to improve underwriting decisions.
