This entry-level role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You’ll keep sites safe and organized, follow safety guidelines, assist with pipe handling and backfill, and communicate professionally

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Idaho driver's license and reliable transportation to shop/sites.
• Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions and work orders.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Assist with trenching, site prep, backfill, and cleanup.
• Support Underground Lead and ensure work is on schedule.
• Assist with pipe handling and bedding materials.
• Help with pre- and post-use checks of tools and equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials at site.
