Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an entry-level assembler to mass-produce components such as windows, doors, trusses, panels, and stairs. The role involves repetitive assembly, measuring and cutting, and safe handling of materials in a fast-paced plant.

No prior experience is required; some carpentry background is helpful. You will stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 pounds, and work in a loud environment with PPE provided. Training is offered on site.

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required.
• Carpentry experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by placing parts in the correct orientation.
• Fasten parts using bolts, clips, screws, or cement as required.
• Cut products to specified measurements.
• Remove defective items from line.
• Monitor machines and assist with fastening operations on the assembly line.
• Rotate between workstations as production needs change.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas per procedures.
