Job summary

Envirosight, part of the IDEX family, is seeking an entry-level Truck Assembler to build high-quality inspection vehicles. You will join a production team, learn to read drawings, and work with hand and power tools to assemble chassis and equipment.

We offer paid training, a starting pay of $20/hour, and a collaborative environment focused on safety and skill development. No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with paid training and skill development.
• No manufacturing experience required — train motivated people.
• Physically able to lift over 15 pounds and stay productive through an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and outfit truck chassis and inspection vehicles per detailed instructions.
• Install components, cabinets, accessories, and specialized equipment.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, dimensions, and assembly layouts.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow the daily production schedule and complete tasks on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and tool accountability.
• Perform quality checks throughout the build process.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
