Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Washington, DC is looking for an entry-level Configuration Analyst to learn IBM TRIRIGA, an IWMS platform. Comprehensive training will be provided to candidates with a background in computer science, information systems, or related fields.

You will analyze requirements, document configurations, assist in data modeling and workflows, and support testing and deployment. A TS clearance and a relevant degree or experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with enterprise applications or data-driven systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Exposure to scripting or automation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to configure and customize TRIRIGA to support business needs.
• Analyze and document business requirements into TRIRIGA configurations.
• Assist in designing data models, workflows, and user interfaces in TRIRIGA.
• Support system testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and technical staff.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Assist in deploying changes and end-user training as needed.
