Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IWMS / Enterprise Application implementations with deep specialization in IBM TRIRIGA.
• Proven experience leading large-scale TRIRIGA implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of TRIRIGA modules, platform configuration, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional delivery across TRIRIGA modules including Capital Projects and Lease Administration.
• Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and TRIRIGA capabilities.
• Guide cloud-based TRIRIGA deployments and upgrades.
