You will handle debris, assist with rigging, operate ground tools, and help maintain site safety and organization on each project. This entry-level position offers clear progression toward Equipment Operator, Climber, or Crew Leader roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work standards and positive mindset.
• Physical conditioning for outdoor labor in all weather.
• Current driver's license with clean driving history.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather, haul, and organize branches and debris during work activities.
• Handle ground-level equipment including chainsaws, pole saws, and manual tools.
• Support climbers and equipment specialists with rigging and material management.
• Load/unload equipment and materials at project locations.
• Maintain safety by monitoring work zones and PPE usage.
• Execute comprehensive site cleanup and organize tools and equipment.
