Epic is looking for a Trainer to conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for healthcare users and staff. This role involves leading training sessions, assisting in the transition to Epic, and designing workflow-based training content, contributing to projects that enhance software intuitiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with teaching or performance experience, and be willing to travel 25-60% of working days. Comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are offered.
We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance for this position based on our campus in Madison, WI.
As a Trainer you’ll lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users in addition to our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives. Your role covers the full training lifecycle—from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios that you’ll deliver.
Outside of the classroom, you’ll work in tight‑knit teams to design workflow‑based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects that make our software more intuitive.
We offer comprehensive benefits to keep you healthy and happy as you grow in your life and career. Your merit‑based compensation will reflect the impact your work has on the company and our customers, and you’ll also be eligible for annual raises and bonuses, stock grants, and a four‑week sabbatical after five years. Healthcare, well‑being, and professional growth are priorities.
