Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school exposure is beneficial.
• Foundational mechanical knowledge preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance to meet safety and operational standards.
• Perform entry‑level repairs and adjustments with oversight from senior technicians.
• Support basic diagnostics and recommend solutions for mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and follow all safety procedures.
• Accurately document completed tasks and communicate additional repair needs to senior staff.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand technical competencies.
