Strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED (Trades certification preferred).

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to read and write in English for documentation.
• Must have own tools and safety gear (steel-toed shoes, welding protection).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Vocational/Trade-School certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and diagnose trailers and equipment for mechanical issues.
• Perform requested repairs according to industry standards and manufacturer specs.
• Perform routine maintenance on trailers and related equipment.
• Develop and document action plans for repairs; follow checklists and established protocols.
• Collaborate with coworkers and support team goals.
