Job summary

This entry-level role offers hands-on training and a path to advancement within an essential fleet-maintenance organization. You will perform welding, insulation removal, decal removal, realign structural components, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while adhering to OHSA and EPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; on-the-job training available.
• Must be able to perform welding tasks and basic painting.
• Safety-focused with ability to handle physical tasks.
• Pre-employment screening as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Welding; minor and major body repairs on trailers.
• Remove decals from Trailers.
• Repair or remove insulation from Trailers.
• Work with metal panels by straightening and bondo-ing as needed.
• Realign structural components and report additional damage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with OHSA/EPA rules.
• All other duties as assigned.
