Job summary

Stevens Transport's Paragon Leasing division seeks an entry level Trailer Body Technician to repair trailer body imperfections, insulate, paint, and weld repairs. This role offers a start in a growing maintenance department within a large, essential transportation organization.

You will perform welding, decal removal, insulation removal and repair, bondo work, and realign structural components, while keeping a clean, safe workplace and adhering to OHSA and EPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Welding skills preferred or basic exposure.
• Basic painting experience welcome.
• Ability to perform body repairs and use hand tools safely.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Welding minor and major body repairs as needed.
• Remove decals from trailers as required.
• Repair or remove insulation from trailers and realign components.
• Perform bondo work and straighten metal panels; maintain safety.
