No experience is required; candidates will learn to set up work zones, cones, and signs while complying with safety standards. Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• No experience required; entry-level position.
• Must become certified in basic traffic safety techniques via company training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access for timekeeping and communication to receive work schedule.
• Be able to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain, and remove temporary work zones including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle at the job site.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely manner before leaving the last job site.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE in accordance with Wright's policy.
• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and report safety concerns or vehicle problems.
• Review start time and address of job site or meeting location as set by the office scheduler.
• Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
• Reports directly to a Field Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
