Job summary

Construction Personnel Group, Inc. is looking for an entry-level crew member to assemble signage, drill, mount, organize, weld, paint, sell, rent and deliver products while learning to properly set up a work zone.

The role includes traffic management and the potential for overtime. We work year-round in Buffalo, NY; you will interact with Site Superintendents and Foremen to ensure safe operations and clear communication on traffic control plans.

Qualifications

• Will have experience on a construction site.
• Will have a reasonably clean driver's license (no DWIs)
• Will be able to communicate effectively with Site Superintendents and Foremen
• Will understand and be able to see the big picture as it relates to controlling traffic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble signage, drill, mount, organize, weld, paint, sell, rent and deliver product.
• Set up a work zone properly.
• Flag traffic when required.
• Communicate with Site Superintendents and Foremen to control traffic.
