Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking an entry-level Flagging professional to ensure safe traffic flow around active worksites. You will assist with flagging duties and support general construction tasks under a foreman or supervisor, while adhering to safety policies and DOT guidelines.

The position requires being at least 18 years old, authorization to work in the United States, and a high school diploma or GED. A valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record is needed.

Qualifications

• Assist with traffic control and flagging duties at active worksites.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and DOT guidelines where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under direction.
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
