Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
• Comfortable and proficient using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and follow detailed instructions.
• Previous experience working with composite materials is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair composite mold tooling.
• Work with a variety of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Use dimensional measurement tools to verify accuracy and quality.
• Perform composite lay‑up, vacuum bagging, and material consolidation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, templates, process sheets, and other documentation.
• Develop and use shop aids to support fabrication of composite parts.
• Perform tooling repairs and modifications as needed.
• Maintain electronic and paper records.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
