Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding, training, and cross-training for assigned title functions.
• Learn and follow company systems, workflows, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Enter, update, and maintain transaction information in title systems.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy; escalate discrepancies.
• Support one or more title functions (order entry, production, examination, closing, recording, policy, post-closing, customer service).
• Prepare, update, organize, and distribute routine title documents under supervision.
• Research public records and transaction details when required.
• Manage task queues and meet service levels and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external parties.
