Job summary

Pep Boys, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for its Wilmington, DE centers. No prior experience is required and paid training is provided.

Eligible technicians can also earn guaranteed weekly bonuses during introductory period up to $800. As part of Team Mavis, you’ll join the nation’s largest automotive service network with 4,000+ locations and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No prior automotive experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
