Pep Boys is hiring Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Philadelphia area. No experience is required, and candidates will receive paid training. Eligible technicians can earn weekly incentive payments totaling up to $800 during the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer delivery times.
• Provide high quality automotive service as part of a team.
