Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our service centers in the Wilmington, DE area. No experience is required, with PAID TRAINING and guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period totaling up to $800.

You'll be part of the nation's largest automotive service organization, earning an hourly wage plus weekly incentives, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Installing new tires and wheels.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times.
