Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our service centers in the Berlin, CT area. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED, and you’ll receive PAID TRAINING to learn all the basics while you start building a real career.

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, eligible Tire Technicians can earn weekly incentives, with bonuses reaching up to $800 during the introductory period. Join us to grow with the nation’s largest automotive service network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 5 days per week.
• No automotive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform flat repairs and other tire services.
• Follow established safety and service procedures.
• Help meet customer-promised delivery times.
• Provide high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team.
