Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire and service retailer, is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician. You’ll learn tire installation, repair, balancing, and shop maintenance through hands-on training while delivering excellent customer service.

This role offers weekend availability, steady hours, and pay in the $14.00–$16.00 per hour range with overtime and weekly opportunities to boost earnings in a collaborative, safety-minded shop culture.

Responsibilities

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and repair tires.


• Operate balancers and tire machines.


• Complete work orders accurately.


• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.


• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.


• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.


• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Effective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour
