Job summary

Tire Discounters is looking for an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This hands-on role includes training to grow into more advanced positions while you work in a supportive, family-owned shop in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

In this position you will balance tires, complete work orders, and help maintain a clean, safe shop while delivering excellent customer service and assisting teammates. Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Position Overview

As an Advance Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Compensation

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
