Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires while delivering a WOW experience to customers. This role includes hands-on training to develop skills toward advanced positions and offers job stability in a family-owned, growth-oriented company.

As part of our shop team, you will install tires, operate equipment, complete work orders, and keep the workspace safe and organized. Weekend availability is required and pay is hourly with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to engage with customers.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional hazards.

Position Overview

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

• Effective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
