Job summary

Tire Discounters in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You will receive hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles.

You will operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and maintain a clean shop while providing outstanding customer service. Pay starts at $16 per hour with weekly pay and a monthly store bonus.

Position Overview

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Compensation

Pay: $16.00 + per hour effective rate

Our Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
