Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking a Tire Technician in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This role includes hands-on training to build skills for more advanced positions and a focus on safety and customer care.

You will work with shop equipment, complete work orders, assist customers and teammates, and contribute to a positive, client‑facing environment. Weekly pay includes base pay, overtime, and a store bonus, with a full benefits package

Position Overview

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Compensation

Pay: $16.00 + per hour effective rate

Our Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
