Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an Entry-Level Tire Technician to join our family-owned service team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, with hands-on training to grow into more advanced roles.

Earn $14.00-$16.00+ per hour, paid weekly, with overtime and weekly commission opportunities. A supportive, safety‑driven shop culture helps you build skills and advance along defined career paths.

Qualifications

Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
