Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. The role focuses on hands-on training to build skills for advanced positions.

You will install/repair tires, operate tire machines, and ensure accurate work orders while maintaining a clean shop and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.

Compensation & Perks

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00+ per hour
Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
