Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires with hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles.

You will install tires, operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe, collaborative shop environment. Paid weekly with paid overtime and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Service-oriented attitude.
Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

Compensation & Perks

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00+ per hour
Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
