Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. invites you to join as an Entry Level Tire Technician. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires while receiving hands-on training designed to grow into more advanced roles. You will operate tire equipment, complete work orders, and help maintain a clean, safe shop environment.

We emphasize a WOW experience for customers and team members, with growth paths from Tire Technician to Service Manager and beyond, plus weekly pay and commissions as you progress.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
