Tire Discounters is hiring a Tire Technician in Arkansas. You will install, repair, and rotate tires, operate balancers and tire machines, and complete work orders while maintaining a clean, safe shop. Expect hands-on training to advance into more skilled roles and a supportive team environment.

Position Overview

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Compensation

Pay: $16.00 + per hour effective rate

Our Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
