CATHEXIS seeks an Entry Level Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist to join our Huntsville, AL team supporting a federal customer’s technical operations. The role provides Tier 1 IT support for PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware to about 50,000 users in the U.S.

and abroad, with a focus on incident resolution and customer service. The candidate will join a large Enterprise support team, handle password resets, remote desktop access, and incident documentation, while working in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or technical certifications (a plus).
• 0-4 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, and/or Help Desk environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or technical certifications (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to all customers.
• Receive customer IT queries by multiple methods (phone, self-service, etc.).
• Triage and troubleshoot tickets submitted.
• Change and reset passwords on all FBI enclaves.
• Provide desktop software application assistance and installation.
