Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or mechanical environment preferred but not required.
• Quality and safety minded
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic electronics/electrical knowledge or understanding
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Identify, read, and interpret process documentation to perform automated testing
• Interpret test data to determine pass/fail results
• Troubleshoot test failures, equipment malfunctions, and product issues to determine root cause and support corrective actions
• Operate test equipment (multimeter) and automated test systems
• Basic soldering of surface mount components
• Other duties as assigned
