- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or HVAC-related coursework is a plus).
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical principles (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including construction sites and mechanical rooms.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces or at
heights as needed. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in
a team setting. - Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive
background check. - Drug & Alcohol Screening: Must submit to and pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb and work off ladders, including extension ladders to access rooftops.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to extend arms overhead for extended periods to facilitate testing and adjusting.
- Must be comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in various environmental conditions.
- Prior experience or coursework in HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with testing instruments such as manometers, anemometers, and flow hoods.
