Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement).
• Excellent communication and resilience required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with small to medium businesses in your territory.
• Conduct cold calls, presentations, and sales meetings with decision-makers.
• Close deals, follow up, and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with sales manager and track activity.
• Maintain your own book of business and report metrics daily.
