Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium business owners in your territory. The role includes cold calling, setting up in-person meetings, and presenting insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You will develop relationships, balance teamwork with personal contributions, and build a book of business while aligning with quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensure: Health & Life general lines (or willingness to obtain license; licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance solutions to small/medium-sized businesses in your territory.
• Call on business owners and decision-makers; conduct face-to-face presentations.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity to the sales manager; coordinate with team for strategy.
