This compensation range for this position is $20.00 per hour.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealer and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.

How will I know if I am successful?

• Achieve targeted production, sales, and Customer Satisfaction Index scores.

What are the requirements for this job?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
