Campers Inn RV is seeking an Entry Level RV Technician to join our team. We provide free basic tools, yours to keep after 12 months of employment! No experience necessary! Our in-house technician training program allows you to learn valuable on-the-job skills immediately. This role involves diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing recreational vehicles, including travel trailers.

Essential Job Functions:

• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication.
• Assist in inspecting and testing equipment for malfunctions.
• Verify dimensions and clearances of parts.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• No experience necessary.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals and solvents.
• Ability to move RVs of various sizes and perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and bending.
