Campers Inn RV is seeking an Entry Level RV Technician to join our team! We provide free basic tools, yours to keep after 12 months of employment! No experience necessary! Our in-house technician training program ensures you learn valuable on-the-job skills immediately. The role involves diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing recreational vehicles including travel trailers.

Essential Job Functions:

• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication.
• Assist in inspecting and testing equipment for malfunctions.
• Verify dimensions and clearances of parts.
• Assist in repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational manuals.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Compliance with OSHA protective equipment regulations.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals.
• Capability to move RVs of various sizes, perform physical tasks including climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and standing for long periods.
