Job summary

Bill Dube Ford Toyota in Dover, New Hampshire, is seeking Lube Technicians to join their rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include performing repairs, assisting Service Advisors, and communicating with customers regarding their vehicle needs. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, a technical degree, and ASE certifications. The position offers various benefits including career advancement and continued training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in service department recommended but not necessary.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently.
• Assist Service Advisor in test-driving vehicles and testing components.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional services.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership - familiarizing yourself with the service department & procedures
• Assist Service Advisor in test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems. You will learn how to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
