Job summary

Campers Inn RV is hiring entry level RV Technicians in the United States. No prior experience required; training and tools provided after 12 months. This on-site role focuses on basic maintenance and safety procedures to keep RVs running smoothly.

You'll perform oil changes, battery checks, inspections, and assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks. Strong safety awareness, willingness to learn, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license required and good driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and move RVs of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, lubrication.
• Assist in inspecting and testing for defective equipment.
• Inspect dimensions and clearances of parts to fit units.

Essential Job Functions

• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, lubricating equipment and machinery.
• Assist in inspecting and testing for defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to fit unit.
• Assist in repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC components.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• License & Certifications: Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
• Experience: No experience necessary.
• Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to comply with OSHA regulations regarding protective clothing and equipment.
  • Ability to safely use solvents and chemicals.
  • Ability to move RVs of various sizes.
  • Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50 pounds.
