The role emphasizes learning foundations in routing, SD-WAN, and Cisco technologies, while contributing to technical collateral and demonstrations that support product messaging and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of IP networking concepts (IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, Ethernet, routing).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and conversation.
• Interest in SD-WAN concepts and related networking principles.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Cisco Secure Routers, IOS XE, branch routing, WAN connectivity, and SD-WAN architectures.
• Research routing and SD-WAN use cases and summarize findings for product and marketing teams.
• Help create technical collateral, presentations, solution briefs, FAQs, enablement materials, and demonstration scripts.
• Support labs and demonstrations by documenting topologies, configuration steps, test results, and customer scenarios.
• Assist with product launches by organizing feature descriptions, use cases, and field feedback.
• Gather and organize feedback from customers, partners, sales, and engineering to improve product messaging and requirements.
