What you'll do here:
As a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer, you will:
- Guide clients through tax preparation, explaining and completing accurate tax forms, including multiyear and multistate returns, and providing IRS audit support.
- Conduct face-to-face tax interviews.
- Prepare accurate tax returns and complete all related forms in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Handle client payments, deposits, and offer additional products/services to foster business growth.
- Assist clients with IRS audit support and future tax planning.
- Answer client calls and resolve issues, referring to supervisors as needed.
- Support team efforts and contribute to office priorities.
Skills you'll bring for success:

- Basic computer and math skills.
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, or tax is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
