Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Associate's degree with 2 years experience or 7 years of comparable HR experience may substitute for bachelor’s degree
• Experience coordinating recruitment processes and working with management to fill staffing needs

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to managers to provide qualified applicants and hire for staffing needs
• Receive and process requests for additional or replacement personnel
• Ensure compliance with employment and promotion/transfer policies and practices
• Quote salaries within the compensation policy
• Analyze applicants' education, skills, and experience relevant to positions
• Provide information on policies, benefits, and job duties to applicants
• Coordinate employment tests and interpret results
• Prepare reports (vacancy lists and others)
• Maintain records to comply with Equal Employment Opportunity policy
• Advise managers on HR policies and staffing issues
• Participate in hiring discussions to improve selection techniques
• Observe jobs to gather requirements for staffing
