Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Denver is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to coordinate the execution of our sustainability requirements across projects, including data collection and progress tracking. You will work with Procurement, Construction, and Design & Engineering to integrate sustainability into contracts and designs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with 1–2 years of relevant experience or internships.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, policy, science, or sustainability preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and show attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of sustainability commitments into procurement, construction, and design.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver sustainability objectives.
• Work with internal teams to integrate sustainability into contracts and design documents.
• Collect and organize data from multiple data center projects and perform quality control.
• Develop tracking systems to monitor progress of commitments across Prime's portfolio.
• Conduct benchmarking to understand stakeholder priorities and performance.
• Research sustainability frameworks and certifications.
