Acrisure is actively seeking an entry-level Client Experience Coordinator to join the Surety team in Wellington, FL or Miami Lakes, FL. You will gain hands-on experience supporting bond execution, client service activities, and account maintenance under mentorship.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support related to bond execution and account maintenance.
• Assist with preparation, processing, and execution of bonds per procedures.
• Review contracts and bond forms to extract relevant information.
• Ensure bond requests and documents are complete and accurate.
• Collect and follow up on underwriting and financial documentation.
• Assist with bond renewals, cancellations, and premium audits.
• Coordinate routine requests with surety carriers under supervision.
• Communicate bond status updates to clients, producers, and internal stakeholders.
