Acrisure is seeking a motivated individual for the Client Experience Coordinator role (Associate Account Manager) in Wellington, FL or Miami Lakes, FL. This entry-level position trains you in bond execution, client service, and account maintenance within Acrisure's Surety team.

You will learn surety fundamentals, work alongside experienced Account Managers and Producers, and gain hands-on experience supporting bond processes while developing skills to advance in insurance and relationship

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Support the Surety team with administrative, processing, and documentation activities related to bond execution and account maintenance.
• Assist with preparation, processing, and execution of bid, final, and commercial bonds.
• Review contracts and bond forms to identify and extract relevant information.
• Ensure bond requests and supporting documentation are complete and submitted timely.
• Coordinate routine requests with surety carriers under the direction of an Account Manager.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and service support to promote workflow efficiency.
• Assist Account Managers and Account Executives with servicing activities for assigned accounts.
• Support team initiatives, training activities, and special projects.
• Continue developing surety knowledge and client service skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Surety team by performing administrative, processing, and documentation activities related to bond execution and account maintenance.
• Assist with the preparation, processing, and execution of bid, final, and commercial bonds in accordance with internal procedures and carrier requirements.
• Review contracts and bond forms to identify and extract relevant information.
• Ensure bond requests and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Request, collect, and follow up on underwriting and financial documentation.
• Assist with bond renewals, cancellations, close-outs, and premium audits within assigned authority.
• Coordinate routine requests with surety carriers under the direction of an Account Manager.
• Communicate bond status updates and routine service information to clients, producers, and internal stakeholders as directed.
• Act as a liaison with surety carriers for routine requests.
• Maintain client bond files, financial records, and documentation within internal systems.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure records comply with company standards.
• Prepare routine correspondence and documentation.
• Receive and distribute correspondence promptly.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and service support to promote workflow efficiency.
• Assist Account Managers and Account Executives with servicing activities for assigned accounts.
• Support team initiatives, training activities, and special projects.
• Continue developing surety knowledge, systems proficiency, and client service skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates, early-career professionals, and individuals seeking a career change or transition into the insurance industry are encouraged to apply)
• Previous insurance experience is not required; transferable skills from customer service, administration, operations, or other professional environments are valued.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
