Entry Level Support Specialist

Compensation: Starting at $12.00/hour

Do you like working with computers? Are you excellent at multitasking? Are you tired of your current job where you do the same old thing day in and day out? In the role, you will be supporting our various clients using our software and processes.

Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Learn our tools and technology and have an amazing attitude
• Respond to customer requests in an extremely timely matter and make their day with the best customer service experience they have ever had.
• Execute customer projects as directed by the Client Support Lead.
• Provide training for our clients in the use of our products and services as needed.
• Treat our clients, applicants, and fellow associates with the utmost respect. Non-negotiable.

What you need to succeed:

• High School or GED required. Some or all colleges are preferred.
• A couple of years of retail or professional experience is a must. If you have ever worked in customer support that would be awesome!
• Good with computers and a love of technology. We are APPLE people!
• Must be absolutely relentless in the pursuit of being the best that you can be.
• An attitude toward winning. Because all we do is win, win, win, no matter what.
